Bought glasses, they went in the back room and bagged it. then the employee said let me walk you to the door. without showing us it was a new one or not. we got back to the hotel and when i opened them, they were all smudgy and full of fingerprints. they gave me the floor model! You can just say you don’t have one in stock! i was in no rush to get those glasses and could’ve got them online!
