There is only one word to describe my experience at Mosaic restaurant in Chelmsford and it is AMAZING! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very clean. Food was fantastic and staff very helpful. We will definitely go there again. Special thanks to Ezeil for your kindness and great service.

Lovely place to look at , The waitress is lovely ... Food is not good.. old oil used .. old salad and tough meat .. expensive bit if the food was good , you don't mind paying.. Came out more hungry than when I went in

We had our wedding party last Saturday evening. The staff was wonderful and the food amazing. We really had a very nice party, all thanks to the help of Ezel and Helder and of course of all the staff. I would definitely reccomend this restaurant and we will happily return.

Awful experience, the staff member busy chatting with the customers and ignoring people while seated on table almost for half an hour or more, let’s people enjoy their food as they’re paying for it, asking silly questions what’s your job? etc…people in the middle of conversation with family or friends they just poke in their nose, the food service was very bad, bring all together when it’s ready, literally the gap between different orders was more than 20min, which is a joke, further it’s very expensive too, I would advise the owner to train your staffs, especially the guy with a long hair, customers are coming to enjoy their food and have some conversation with friends and family, they’re NOT coming for chat with restaurant staff members, yes you can ask questions about your service, food once they finish but it’s very inappropriate to ask personal questions.
