The most ridiculous place on earth! When you try to book an appointment they lie to you that you can not have one, however if you insist then you get one. The worst part is the incompetent doctors they have. I booked 3 appointments one after another due to not satisfactory experience. FIRST doctor tried to prescribe me things that I do not need and wait for 3 weeks IF the issue I got will go away. SECOND doctor said it is alright because he had the same what I had and there is nothing to worry about. THE THIRD doctor was absolute b...d, he checked me up and took a sample. Then he said that I have ‘pharyngitis’ and prescribed me antibiotics. HOWEVER, I had no symptoms that indicate that I have ‘pharyngitis ‘ so therefore I understood they do NOT possess any knowledge and no care about what they do. Just take antibiotics! I can be a doctor as well by prescribing antibiotics to everyone! (The sample that he took was lost and they apologised in the text message) These doctors are just a waste of space and time! I have fixed my issue myself, this is how ‘good’ NHS is!

The reception team is really bad as soon as they open the phone they speak to you as if they don’t want to help!. Come on man! Why you working if you don’t like your job. Not happy. There’s people out there that are truly sick show some empathy.

I don't know what happened to them ,they used to be nice and helpful. They have changed management more than once and now there is no one worse in the area. the doctors are unsympathetic sarcastic and make you feel very unsafe. Just run as fast as you can.

She was laughing with my health problems, I asked her to stop laughing as I’m feeling uncomfortable and feels like a joke and she was like “I’m not laughing, I’m just telling you” Worst experience ever, doctors shouldn’t be like that making patients so uncomfortable and on top of that she didn’t even give solution to my problem and what I asked on my appointment.

The receptionists (women) are very good and very polite. I don't know why some people say they are not when they are indeed polite. I have been a patient for 6 years. Going to change for the exhausting waiting list. The receptionists and administration helped me many times. Thanks for all. They are the front desk and take a lot of blame when there is clearly a big managerial and funding issue. I frankly had a problem before with the lady manager because of an aesthetical surgery rejected but on another occasion she got all my paperwork printed out and I appreciated that. There is a MASSIVE shortage of doctors and this results in very long waiting lists to book an appoitment. A month to get an appointment by phone with a doctor? No thanks. No more. Doctors change continuously. Bad situation.
