I was a first time user of Mortram’s Moggies this week and I couldn’t have been happier. Karen visited to meet my lovely cat Emil beforehand and was totally reassuring. Emil is a rescue cat who has had a bit of a tough life and is quirky (!) so I am v protective. Photo updates were great, and I was able to have a very complicated few days out of the house without worry! Emil was completely fine on my return. Thanks so much! Will definitely book again.

Excellent service. Would definitely use again. Looking at services available locally, the web site gave an impression of experience and professionalism, confirmed by the detailed nature of the form they sent for me to provide details for me and my cat. After a visit from the lady who would be feeding my cat, I felt very confident that I was leaving my beloved pet in good hands -- and that was reinforced by the photos sent from time to time, while I was away. Very happy with the whole experience. So important to have people you can really rely upon.

Zoe and the catsitters here are absolutely amazing. I caught COVID during my trip and had to delay return, and Zoe did a fantastic job looking after our two cats, even taking them to the vets when some issues arose. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

My first experience of using Mortrams Moggies has been a very positive one. Imogen came in on a daily basis for four days to feed and care for my 16 year old cat Archie. He's an affectionate boy and from the photos she sent me it was reassuring to see that he was happy and enjoying her attention. On my return I was pleased to find everything neat and tidy, a clean litter tray and a chilled and seemingly content Archie. I hope to be a future regular user of the service.

Danielle looked after my senior rescue cat Molly for just over a week, and did a fantastic job. She spent lots of time with Molly who loved the attention, and was really attentive to Molly's needs, sticking to her schedule and making sure she had regular treats! Molly is quite fussy and I felt Danielle was really aware of what she liked/didn't like. Danielle also looked after the flat really well, it was left really clean and tidy. I returned to a very contended Molly - previously she's been a bit stressed/ out of sorts following cat sitter stays - so it was great to see her totally comfortable and relaxed having been well looked after. Zoe was lovely to deal with and very patient with my slow responses when making the booking, as well as adjusting the booking timing for my piece of mind. Would absolutely recommend.
