Avoid! James is a very strange, scatty, creepy guy. Wonky radiators fitted & then without asking he stole my existing radiators. Really worrying person. Drastic doubling up of the invoice after the work was done. They left a really long 6 inch wide trench in the floor, just from fitting a radiator pipe, and made no attempt to make good. Be warned they do not see it as part of there job to atleast patch up even slightly after their work. After lots of planning, on the day of the work James arrived not having a clue what I wanted done. I worry James is so unhinged. Don’t risk it!
