Lucica – Mortgage Advice point. Hemanshu as an advisor. You guys are the most honest people and advisors I know. I want to tell everyone to use them, they're the best. Here is my story. My rate is up for renewal. I was Informed by Lucica and Himanshu which is the best rate to go for. They then called me to say that that rate was going up the next day. They then tried to secure it for me and their system to the bank got blocked. They called me and said they didn’t want me to miss this rate. So talked me through how to do this and save the rate. So helpful. So grateful to these guys who have saved me money by giving me correct honest advice and getting me the low rate. They weren’t charging me and offered to track and review my rate up until it starts again. If the rate drops further, they will then change. Thanks for the honesty. You'll be recommended to everyone I know.

Hemat is an amazingly friendly person. Always willing to help. We were moving home. Declined by three banks by another broker. HE himself took time to understand our complicated income. His team took the time to understand us. Rejane helped us with our legal paper work. And moved us into the home just in time before this higher rate mess.
