My wife and I as first time buyers dealt with an agent called Alex who we met online. Straight from the off he made it a personal mission to secure us a mortgage and help us find a house. Although we had our own doubts due to how the property market was shaping up along with the economic downturn, Alex never wavered and constantly encouraged us to keep viewing and bidding on properties even after we had been overpriced out of a number of them. One thing that stood out to both my wife and I was just how invested Alex was and with his constant update of progress of situations in the banking sector we never felt out of date with information and knew exactly when to make a move. Our downs seemed to get him down and our highs were just as joyful for him which really made him the more endearing. I have nothing but respect and love for this man and I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to get on the property ladder. I respect his professionalism so much so I told him he is now part of my family and I intend to invite him personally over to the house ones we are settled in and meant every word. We had a really positive experience with Alexander Stennings. He was so helpful and put my parents at ease when discussing their mortgage options. He kept in contact and responded really promptly to emails/phone calls. He was more than happy to provide us with quotes (and further quotes when interest rates changed).
