The majority of reviews here are positive but I have to say that my experience was anything but. Thought it would be easier to use a broker but at the first hurdle they stopped and have never heard from them again. We are now in our new property having secured a mortgage ourselves at a competitive rate so not sure what the point of brokers is ?

Was going to use these muppets, however as I parked up I thought I would pop in and see my father in law, who is unwell and only lives round the corner. As I was just walking away one of the employees asked if that was my car, when I said yes I will be back in 5 five minutes he proceded to tell me he was going to take photo of my car. Wow as you can imagine I didn't take to kindly to his rudness and therefore will advise everyone to avoid such a mindless petty little two bit firm and find someone a hell of alot more professional.
