Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Charles and the team at this pharmacy. My dad has been in and out of hospital since November, and Charles has been absolutely fantastic, my dads prescription is forever changing, but nothing has been too much trouble for Charles, he suggested putting my dads medication into blister packs, as my dad was really struggling with taking his meds, this was the best thing for him, and we are truly grateful. Charles always recognises me, and always has a smile and is very caring. Thank you for your care and attention, it has meant so much, whilst caring for my dad. The whole team have been great and we can not thank them enough.

The pharmacy said it was open online and my GP sent an emergency prescription there - and when I got there it was closed. Which meant I had to wait for another 24 hours to get a call back from the GP and suffered acute pain in the process.

If I could give no stars I would. They made a huge mistake regarding my daughter's specialist milk prescription and gave it to the wrong person. They accused me of lying, trying to steal from the nhs and all in front of people in store as the refused to deal with the matter privately. After a week of waiting and constantly calling to see if the cctv could be reviewed it turns out they did get it wrong. I understand people make mistakes but if it had been a really strong pain killer this would be really serious. Absolutely disgusted by the service and the way they have dealt with the situation. Will not be using them again
