Was expecting BT to install full fibre, instead had these guys. Super nice guy, and clean install. I asked if it would be a problem putting the fibre through a pre-existing hole that has my ethernet and TV cable going through it, he was a bit concerned at first mainly because he never done anything like it, but in the end he understood really well and we, since I was helping him along the way, got it done. Like I said, super nice guy, said that he was originally dreading the job not because of what I asked, but because of multiple telephone poles/height. But in the end, shook my hand and said thanks for helping out and that I made the job go a lot quicker for him. Its a shame other people haven't had that great experience with them. Sadly I don't remember his name, but he was amazing.

I was expecting BT to turn up to install my fibre but instead these guys did. The man didn't make a great first impression, came across a bit rude and dragged mud into the house all over the new living room carpet. Ultimately, he did a good job and I have functioning fibre now.

They have come to our house twice and refused to allow the engineer to complete the job, as they are not allowed to climb the scaffolding we currently have.... you'd think it would be easy, wouldn't you, but guess what - none of the communications companies involved seem to communicate with each other!

Their van parked across our driveway and on yellow lines while the man worked in our road. I asked him to move as I had a hospital appointment he was rude and aggressive and threatening. Awful man I reported it to their Head Office but they should not employ people who are so aggressive!!!

Dug up outside my house leaving Damaged my garden wall to the point of bricks falling off. Contacted customer services still no response!! Hole and barriers all still up over 4 weeks later, have not been informed of a finish date. This is still on going

Came home to find they had dug a hole outside my house and to see they had left mortar splatter all over my freshly tarmacked drive and my gate. Cement dust and ballast stones over the pavement outside so when the postman who had no other acces but to walk through it left mortar footprints right down the drive. Contacted their customer service dept by email but no response. Appalling

blocked access to seventy industrial units parked on my land with their equipment for two consecutive days. Caught one of their staff stealing water from my gated yard so that they could finish a road repair they were concreting . Their staff were rude and abusive and threatening
