Would give 0 stars if i could. Useless company, charged £96 for a jump start that didn't even work, took the car to their garage where they had it for almost a week and did nothing with it in that time. No one answers the phone, they will sit there and watch it ring and give you no update on your car whatsoever as it took me and my partner going to the company in person to find out what was going on, the guy that spoke to us gave astonishingly rude customer service! took the car somewhere else and got it sorted within a day. Avoid this scamming company at all cost!

Really happy with there service , partner battery went flat just outside of harrogate . The mechanic arrived after 40 minutes and got him on is way. He had tried a couple of other services but they were going to be at least an hour and half . Not great for our daughter at nursery . If we need to use a breakdown service again would use MPW . Thanks
