On the evening of 25th of may 2023 a gas engineer attended our property from Morrison data services;Mo, badge id 524455. From the moment he entered our property we can not fault the services he offered and the professionalism he showed. He helped fix the problem and offered great ease in the stress the problem had caused. If we have any further problems we would definitely like this gentleman to attend and if I could him more than 5 stars I would. A top employee and an asset to this business!!

First of, from as soon as I opened the door i was met with nothing but a lovely, professional man who only had one goal which was to ensure that me and my two year old son had power. Even then went out of his way to get milk from a local garage out of hours. Absolutely fantastic customer service and he was more like a friend when leaving. He is a credit to your company and needs a really good praise for what he does! His name was Mo. Will definitely be spreading the word. What started off as a worry with no electric turned into a pleasure to meet such a lovely man. Can’t thank him and the company enough!

I had an amazing service yesterday from an amazing engineer. Moez from Morrison Data Services went above and beyond with the level and quality of work. I regret not having any photos of the work to show a before and after but he truly worked some magic treating my property with respect as if it was his own. Amazing guy, very respectful and helpful in explaining how the new system works. It hard to find genuine and kind people out here so Moez is a true Gem 💎 Wish this guy all the best and I hope others come across Moez to experience the Respect, professionalism and kind nature that come with him. I can not praise this guy enough.

Amazing. Was very friendly and stopped me worrying. Was able to correct the mess left from previous work and put in a new neat meter which I was told apparently could not be fitted. I would definitely like Mo to help any time I have a problem. One of the best I have encountered.

I have no affiliation with this company, have never contacted them or asked them to attend my property. I have however had a man show up at my door unannounced on many occasions now who I have told repeatedly I will not be allowing him into my home as I have had no contact about someone coming, again no affiliation with the company and I submit my own meter readings weekly so there is no need either. I am with Scottish power, should they wish to send someone or this company, you should be in contact first. I've now asked repeatedly for them not to return to my property again as they keep interrupting mine or my partners working day and surprise surprise they've shown up again this morning unannounced, pulled my partner out of an important business meeting to answer the door to their unsolicited call. Ridiculous company.
