We are currently waiting for Morrish Solicitors to respond to our solicitor. It has been 3 weeks in which our solicitor and the estate agent have been calling and emailing them but have had no response to their enquiries. This is appalling and is wasting time and money. Update 10.01.2023 Morrish Solicitors LLP - Yeadon. Dealing with Mark Laird who is still seemingly very difficult to get hold of. Very little movement since November 2022 and everything is on hold with the purchase because of this.

As a first time buyer Angela clearly spoke me through all the paperwork and legal jargon, efficiently moving the process forwards at all times. Though the purchase was lengthy and quite frustrating (to no fault of anyone from Morrish), they went above and beyond to solve and chase down answers for me.
