I placed an order online for a couple of items that I couldn't get at any other wholesaler... I received an invoice... then heard nothing!! After 5 days, allowing for the bank holiday... I called the store! I spoke to an older man... wish I caught his name now!! He was really rude and undermining! Saying I need a business account... which I have! And if it was a small order it basically wouldn't get processed because he will only deal with orders of £1500!!! How does he know the following week I wouldn't of been placing a big order??? Also... big mistake because I know a lot of sweet traders that I will now suggest to them not to go to the Leeds branch...! However, he did tell me to contact the Stockport branch... where I spoke to a lovely lady named Helen... where she was beyond helpful... and appreciates any customers and also has excellent customer service... !
