Morris DibbenA few months ago I put my house in Southampton (let to tenants at the time) up for sale. The staff at Morris Dibben were all excellent and all aspects of finding a buyer were done very well - from the valuation, marketing, arranging and organising viewings while minimising disruption to the tenants, liaising with potential buyers etc. Communication and advice were excellent from start to finish. However, I must single out Narinder Rai for particular praise and my deepest gratitude. Once the sale was agreed Narinder did a spectacular job of liaising between me, my solicitors, the buyers and their solicitors. My solicitors were very un-communicative (I only managed to speak to my solicitor once!) and extremely difficult to deal with but Narinder chased them frequently and effectively and the process was actually completed quite quickly (8 or 9 weeks). Narinder was extremely proactive and a huge support from start to finish - she was on top of all aspects of the conveyancing process and kept me informed of all developments with frequent emails and phone calls. Without Narinder's hard work and support I would have found the process almost unbearable. I have quite a lot of experience in buying and selling houses but I have never experienced such marvellous service from any estate agent in the past. Narinder is a real treasure!
