Terrible from the beginning to the end. Their idea of 'furnished' needs some work, we had to buy the necessities for the house ourselves. Most of the maintenance requests in our year with them took forever for them to organise. We ended up paying several 'admin fees' for the letters they sent us claiming we were late on rent (we had all paid on time) when in actual fact the problem is with their system. I moved out over a month ago now and they still owe me ~£600.
