Katelan was amazing with our house search. It was very hard work buying a house on hayling island it was my mums dream to live here and we did it. I did do a lot of chasing as I had a timeframe to work on (we nearly didnt make it) I got sepsis and was in hospital for a lot of the time working on a laptop the hospital internet connection was so slow. Well I was not very impressed as it seemed to take a very long time and they didn't really seem to get into gear quick enough or have any sense of urgency to help get a chain of only 3 transactions lined up to complete. In fact 3 months from our solicitor being ready to exchange to actual completion is poor in my experience of moving house and we had to chase for updates, very frustrating but maybe we just expected too much.
