Went Yesterday 02/03/2020 dropped off some stain from another company to have matched to Morrells, having a rustic furniture company thinking this was a right move. Told to collect at 11:00am 03/03/2020 arrived at 12pm 03/03/2020 after travelling 1 hour to get there to be told it wasn’t done and would be done at 2:30pm as apparently they told me that time. So when I disagreed and told them to leave it the stain sample and run of stain was thrower at me and I was told to “ F off up the road in my car” I stood and tried to understand why they were so angry with me when it’s there mistake to be given abuse back. I turned my back and walked out the shop feeling quite threatened, as I turned my back he had followed me out the show and went round the side of the building threading to punch me and beat me up telling me to go round the side of the building to have me. This has been reported to the main Morrells and they are dealing with it. ******** PLEASE AVOID! ********
