Morplan is the place you want to visit if you want to get items to look after your clothing, they have nice hangers, top of the range suit bags, heavy duty rails to hang your jackets and coats. I have bought two rails for my coats and suits. They are all covered in clear suit and gown bags they have made it so much neater and tidy in my home. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I always go back here if I need anything they can help me find it or tell me when it's next in. Online store only takes in your money and forget the rest, this shouldn’t be legal. They did not have stock to deliver part of my order, advised me to buy in store and PROMISED to refund me. I bought in store having a second phone call promising I shall receive refund next day. NOT AT ALL. They literally just made me buy twice once online and once in store, and did not refund me at all. LIARS.

Ordered an item online, delayed and delayed again and then didn't arrive. Can't get through on the phone and don't get an email response. We finally mamaged to get hold of someone 4 weeks after the item hadn't arrived, only for them not to fully refund this. Still trying to get this sorted 10 weeks later. The customer service in all aspects of this business is incredibly shocking and I don't reccomend buying anything from this company.
