Luckily for me Morplan had an easy card reader in stock. Jan helped me fire it up, fill in the simple details and my new shop was ready to trade. Appalling Customer service waited 6 weeks for brown paper tape, unbelievably difficult to get hold of anyone and emails ignored, told 3 weeks ago it was on it's way and then told today they would send it, no offer of a refund or discount off the order and the customer service team and Wilma I spoke to were unhelpful and cold. I have requested a refund. I will not be using Morplan again.
