Never again. This is the worst auction house for describing there goods on line. They avoid telling you anything that is damaged with an item and when you question why chips cracks broken things were not mentioned in the description there reply is, we dont.! You should have asked for a condition report! I knew this before they even replied to me. I will go on as many platforms as possible now Trustpilot linkedin tripadvisor facebook twitter. You have lost me as a customer and hopefully you will loose a few more for being so dishonest. Blocking me on Twitter will not exempt you from the distance selling act! The Lying Liz said the catalogue photos showed the damage- she must be blind as well as ignorant. I will carry on with Twitter LOL Liz is dealing with it by ignoring me I contacted you on linkedIn you also ignored me there. I will now make an official complaint as you have not responded.

There's never any pressure to over-spend and the administration on all fronts is exceptional. It's always easy to get advice on provenance, value and anticipated demand for any lot. I love this auction house I have had some lovely items all staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is to much customer service superb . They help with packing and really I always leave happy with my purchases and feel to be made very welcome and well just a brilliant team .
