This store is wonderful. Super clean and the associates were welcoming and friendly. Alicia connected me with Abbie for a makeup appointment and she killed it. I made several great purchases including skincare by Bad Habit. They don’t only carry morphe products. It’s similar to a Sephora. Love it.

It’s okay. Was exciting when it first opened as everyone seemed happy and enthusiastic and like they genuinely were excited to be there now everyone looks miserable and the place is depressing if I want anything morphe I would rather order online, staff all talk amongst each other so if you are going in and need help good luck x

I was a fan of Morphe, but when visiting the store my experience was unpleasant. I had arrived in store to purchase a concealer, I was approached by a lady who told me about the different concealers, and I'd asked if she could test it on me, so I could see the outcome before purchasing the concealer. The lady had tried two shades, one too light and the other to dark. I had asked for the shade between and was told they don't have an in-between shade. Which is fine, its not the ladies fault. BUT then when I told her I'd think about which shade I wanted (to be nice, as I didn't want her to think I didn't like the products) her attitude changed. She went from being all friendly to the 'I dont care' attitude. She asked if I wanted make up remover to take the concealer off, and then walked off. From my experience from brands like, Mac, Ysl and Nars. They make both sides look the same before allowing you to leave, as no one ones to walk around with different shades of skin. It's safe to say, the staff member has resulted in Morphe losing a customer.
