Nice gym but expensive for what it is. £26 a month only to struggle to get a work out in thanks to 10 year olds playing on the equipment like it's a playground....First gym I've ever seen anything like this. Not safe for young children to be using equipment and a nuisance to adult members....Not too bad if you actually manage to catch a time when it's not completely full.

Overall, it's a really good place to relax and spend some time with family and friends. Activities range from table tennis to swimming. They also have different activity catalogues for different seasons of the year. The only issue I have is the way they handle some of the bookings. I have seen many brawls occurring between customers and employees who think that the court bookings have been altered in some way or another. Aside from that, it's a 5/5

Nice clean gym, however overly busy and it can be overwhelming for those who lack low gym confidence. They also have a variety of classes but you have to ensure you book a week and 2 days before at midnight to guarantee a place as they get fully booked by 3am!! This is no joke as, I spend my Saturday night waiting up to book on to legs bums and tums for a week on Tuesday! Also avoid going to the gym between 3-5 as they let the school kids in, and again can be nerve wracking feeling you're getting laughed at. Any time after 5 is also busy! I tend to go around 12/1 on my lunch break where its kind if quiet. The monthly membership is £25.99 and I don't think it has many benefits whereas JD gyms have plenty of gym equipment and classes. I've been a gym member for 5 years and always found it busy, but prefer the clintel as I feel I don't have to put a full face of make up on to work out, where if I went to JD gyms I think I would, as I feel its more about looks. Think leeds city council need to pause gym memberships and stop being so greedy, as I feel they taking money off people and customers aren't getting the full experience. It would also be nice if they initiated more classes. On a plus side the staff are nice and helpful
