The Doctors are okay when you can actually see or talk to one, but the admin is atrocious, the manager is only there part time so one has to go through reception, whom don't take notes, put wrong information on ones medical records, tell you they'll do something but don't. Eg it said that I had been seen by Rheumatology ,I HADN'T and despite pointing out the mistake and them saying they'll rectify it they DIDN'T Again on Referral to Pain management it said it was no longer required they said they'd re-instate it, it was made 4 months ago, what they did was create another referral so god know how long that will take. It's okay to multitask if you get the tasks right but they don't.

I've been with this surgery for a few years now. But now looking to change as the receptionist took it upon herself to inform me that she couldn't comment on why her colleague had made me an appointment that wasn't on the system and when I explained I missed previous telephone consultation because I work at the hosp 9-5pm and have no reception there she suggested I tell my employer that I need time off so I could wait at home for a phone call? ment that wasn't on the system and that I should just tell my employer that I couldn't come into work so I can stay home and wait for a telephone consultation between 1pm to 6pm when I explained I worked I. Great surgery. Ive been going there for 10 years and they have gone above and beyond with care for me and both of my babies who are now 8 and 10. I would never complain, had a phone appointment within a day or 2 during covid and have also had a face to face appointment. Doctors are brilliant and the reception staff are amazing. Really friendly and do anything they can to help.
