She was very helpful and kept me updated on the repair of my MacBook. I was reassured that genuine Apple components would be used to replace the part that was needed to fix my MacBook where I was charged a really reasonable and good price as Apple had quoted me a significantly higher cost.     Bit late with this, but I had taken my computer to two other repair shops and each assured me they had fixed the problem, they hadn't. Took it to this guy and its been working great ever since (the problem was a connection to the internet USB port which needed soldering, which could have been picked up by the two other repairers had they done a through inspection) A great job and well done, this is now my first choice repair shop.
