If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Our counselling level 3 course was one of the worst experiences I have encountered. After a group complaint regarding our teacher the college did VERY little to find us a replacement teacher. We had weeks left until our last exams with no real guidance or support from the college, even though they upheld our complaints. Management are absolutely useless in making contact and providing us with what we paid for. If you want to study counselling run a mile!

0 STARS!!!!! DISGRACEFUL ALL ROUND!!! UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE UTMOST EXTENT!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Morley College will steal your money, provide you a lacklustre service, if any, the teachers will use you as their emotional punchbags, "teachers" - many of whom are not even qualified properly and do not hold the capacity to teach. When you raise a complaint you will be promised many things and then cast aside and disregarded. Dr Rohini Kapur and Dr Andrew Gower (CEO & Principal) failed us all! ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, YOU MEAN NOTHING TO THEM!!!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!! DISGUSTING CONDUCT!!! Our entire class (CPCAB Counselling Skills level 3) is still in an ongoing formal complaint which is now being raised with Ofsted because of a major safeguarding issue that occurred and of course, in true Morley fashion, they have not a care for us as students now that they have already taken our money!!!! We have endured immense stress, emotional distress and trauma from this course and our interactions with Morley College employees! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

Right now I feel thoroughly disgusted with Morley and their level 3 counseling course instruction. I was given subpar education yet expected to do the course work proficiently. The tutors are not balanced and actually tell the students that they cannot be available for them. The Morley level 3 counseling course has been the worst educational experience of my life!

Did an access course here a few years ago and it was horrible. Admin had forgot to ask me to sign something and two weeks in, my tutor Ronit Dassa, proceed to tell me that because of the small over sight on their part, that I'm not right for university. She made a girl who had dyslexia feel so self conscious she told me, she stopped contributing in class. The stress she caused contributed to my health issues. I tried to manage my health, work and studies and rather than be helpful I was shrugged at and told to leave the course. The course leader at the time reluctantly had a conversation with me out on the street rather than in the building about my medical history. He interrupted me and very coldly put it "Well it's not like it's cancer, people go through worse." The whole experience was disappointing to say the least and the out of place, discouraging remarks from Ronit meant that I dropped out with 3 months left on the course. I enrolled elsewhere gained more confidence from supportive staff and went to university and graduated with a first. Oops. Apparently I was right for university. If you're thinking of doing an access course, I strongly discourage people from enrolling here because of tutors like Ronit. Neither her or the course leader should be teaching or advising anyone.
