Clear instructions on what to expect, clear directions, happy to answer any questions. When I arrived a full history was taken and then I was assessed. At that point she determined necessary treatment and explained everything as we went along. Given lifestyle advice and although she advised I could do with further treatments, there was no pressure to rebook. Not that that will be an issue as I'll be coming back regardless! Thanks Becka!
