Poor customer service deserves 0 stars , had huge gas leak was told told by Cadent to get the council out asap to find the cause and repair, was told to call back the following morning just be fobbed off and told to call back Tuesday as it was the Easter weekend as no one was available to come out🙄 the man on the phone was patronising and rude and me and the kids have been left with no heating and hot water until Tuesday when hopefully someone will be sent out to fix this issue.

Had a scheduled appointment today for a general handyman to come out apparently. On the portal it said scheduled for today and waited in all day but no one turned up! Portal now says incomplete or words to that affect. No phone call or email/message to say there is a problem so a complete waisted day!

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I have had problems in my rental property for over 3 years now and I have to email constantly to get anyone out to look at the job, only for them to delegate it to another person who then doesn't show up and you are then left to repeat the same process. When calling customer service to sort the issue your either get disconnected or put back through to the main menu to repeat the process again, or to be told the job is raised for another date

Being here enst you don't even deserve Alf a star your an absolute joke after hour on hold and get to number one for you to hang up really this is 3rd time for repairs I'm waiting on that's 3 days where you havent contacted or done and when I've called not on record even though you have booked it I'm sure toddlers would be able to do this job better than you all But moment you want something done and we don't respond you then send a letter threatening funny that maybe if have the people took you small claims court you might pull a finger out

After being unable to register on their portal I've called them today to report a roof leak with water coming into my kitchen, straight into an electric outlet. Apparently this is not an emergency and I have an appontment for a routine roof check in 20 days! Hopefully my place won't burn down until then!

Rang them because of a non working thermostat.took a while for them to reply on the phone.( Busy day) but it was a free phone number. The guy came out in about 1/2 hour.all fixed. No problems at all.

Waited over a year for them to replace a bathroom floor that was damaged by flooding (by previous tenants), it wasn't until a neighbour underneath complained that they actually sorted it out. It doesn't matter that the floor was mouldy, all we got was a Morgan Sindell worker accusing us of pouring water down behind the bath. But every time they found something else that needed fixing! They do a poor job so they have to come back 6 months later to fix the original problem again!

Leave you with your problems take ages to give you appointment then act like they don't know the problem so try fob it off then when it gets back to them don't even deal with it like they don't know how to do do there job have to fight for months to get them to help. Cowboy company ..
