    Horrendous, every time I call I get told an email is being sent to a supervisor. I call back daily and for 3 years I have had no reply. Avoid this company like the plaque!!!!

    Damien came to my house to plumb the sink and he was absolutely useless and a pain in the bum. A 20 min job took nearly an hour not to mention he would not shutup. In the end I just asked him to leave and he did thank god.

    Clueless,incompetent,inconsistent lies. Have had a major leak since October. and still ongoing, they either don't show up or if they do, they say another workman is required as they have no idea of what to do. They have managed to break my toilet and left a gaping hole behind my toilet which is exposed to the elements, all the pipes wind, dirt and dust. Can't believe that Westminster City council find these contractors acceptable.

    Do not use them! Poor time management, poor project management, inefficient, overall incompetent contactors. they are contracted to fix our bathroom and toilet ceilings, they booked in workers to come and knock down the ceilings on Friday 9th December, left it until Monday 12th December and only sent one person to do a two man's job which delayed them to start and look for a 2nd person to come and help board the ceiling, so obviously it wasn't fully boarded and they left at 4.30pm incomplete job. And only then we were told that they have no one available to come back and complete the job of plastering and painting until 2nd Feb!!!!!!!!!! This is a small bathroom and toilet, the whole job shouldn't take longer than 3 days to complete!
