DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Using their online chat service I asked them to email a quote for 8 mobile computers and grips as the price was good for the computers (£369) but there was no price for the grip on their website. The next day I receive the quote and the price had doubled to what was advertised the previous day. After querying this they tell me that the price advertised was wrong however they had fought with their distribution centre and could supply at £399 each as opposed to the £369 advertised if I ordered today. Although slightly disgruntled, I agreed and they sent a proforma invoice which was paid by bank the same day. The following day I get a phone call saying that they can no longer honour this proforma and the price was now £674 each. I completely accept that there may have been a pricing error on their website the first time round however to then confirm the price with their supplier, send a proforma for payment and then raise the price the next day is completely unacceptable. Obviously, by this point I had completely lost faith in the company and requested the funds to be transferred back.
