First things first. I contacted Morgan Ellis (ME) and the manufacturer of the lift, Stiltz. A Stiltz salesman called and impressed me the features, functions and benefits. He then gave me the price and asked me to place and order. Before that meeting I had a conversation with ME. The salesman there asked about the needs and location for the lift. He then gave me a price. I told the Stiltz guy that I was in discussion with Morgan for transparency. The price difference was £6k in ME's favour. The Stiltz guy said that they would match any price from a distributor but credibility had been lost and I ordered it from ME. Installation was lengthy with three teams from different companies involved. However, all were very helpful, professional and did an excellent job. Great product and great happiness for my wife to be able to go upstairs for the first time in six years.

We are so thrilled with our new Stiltz lift. The base is in our sitting room but is reasonably unobtrusive. It is quiet and easy to operate. Morgan Ellis Lifts were very helpful to deal with and it was installed in two days by a highly efficient, thoroughly pleasant team who were very easy to have around our home.

Unable to find single floor living to suit our mobility needs in later life, we began to look at ways in which we could live comfortably and safely in a traditional house with stairs. So when we met up with Morgan Ellis, we saw a range of domestic lifts from a number of different manufacturers, tried them out and chose a Terrys Lifestyle lift. Very pleased with the Aritco lift, which we had installed into our new house for my 92 year old mother. It is very quiet, and easy to use. Morgan Ellis came out several times to measure and check everything was ok before fitting. Alice was at the end of the phone answering and dealing with our calls efficiently and promptly.
