It is rather tall as a plus point, but on the downside your sewage can go in reverse and the windows tend to fall out. The support company is also apparently incompetent beyond measure, so I'd void going too near it - literally.

Worst management company ever. It's literally falling apart! Windows are falling out. Gardens have been closed for over a year. One of the 2 lifts have been broken almost as long. Their parking company fined us for parking in our own spot and they refused to help or do anything about it. Now they want to charge even more money for doing nothing. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! The cladding we have just found out also isn't fire safe and residents are BBQing on their balconies. . . enough said.
