    Awful! They charged my credit card, but no policy documents were sent. I tried to register online, but their website has problems. When I called to chase, I was told that the policy would be forwarded shortly. Two weeks later and no policy, so another call this time to a South African call centre. First attempt, they cut me off. Second attempt and I have been held in a queue for 20 minutes. I've wasted loads of time on this!

    Never use them, they give you -10 when I'm driving the speed limit when I tell them thats a 40mph and they check using Google Maps they accept that its their mistake. They have done this many times to me. Make sure you tell them where have you sped and check yourself what the speed limit it because they get it wrong. UPDATE: Seems like More than are paying people to write fake 5 star reviews!
