FAQ

How do you source your honey and ensure its quality?

We source our honey from our own honey farms and other local beekeepers who share our commitment to sustainable and ethical practices. We ensure the quality of our honey through regular testing and inspections to ensure it meets our strict standards.

What types of honey do you offer and what are the differences between them?

We offer a variety of honey types, including wildflower, clover, and buckwheat. Each type of honey has a unique flavor profile and color, which is influenced by the nectar source of the bees. For example, clover honey is lighter in color and has a mild, sweet taste, while buckwheat honey is darker and has a stronger, more robust flavor.

Do you offer any organic or raw honey options?

Yes, we offer both organic and raw honey options. Our organic honey is certified by the Soil Association, while our raw honey is unprocessed and retains all of the natural enzymes and nutrients found in honey.

Can you provide information on the sustainability practices used in your honey production?

We are committed to sustainable honey production and use a variety of practices to support the health of our bees and the environment. This includes using natural hive materials, avoiding the use of pesticides and antibiotics, and practicing crop rotation to maintain healthy nectar sources for our bees.

What is your return policy for honey products?

We stand behind the quality of our honey products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

I called to ask a simple question on annual pension allowances and how to make a calculation. Called a number of times and promised a call back. No call back forthcoming. Finally spoke to someone who could not help or find anyone to help. Hanging on the phone for about 45 minutes. Consequently lost out on topping up my private pension as a result. Very disappointing.

The website link is ‘service unavailable’ and the link on their Facebook page also says ‘service unavailable’. The last time I spoke to someone on the phone I got nowhere, which is why I wanted to view info on line. No such luck ☹️

I am in the process of claiming my pension early and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff! I have been treated with the upmost respect and always had a very efficient service. Update: in two years the service has dropped dramatically, no longer respond to customers emails, staff rude and unhelpful. What a shame.

Seems a good deal but information website provides shockingly bad as website looks like something built in 1999. Projections not available or any functionality you would expect in this day and age
