terrible service ! dismissed leaking morco series 3 gb24 as frost damage in april no frost and floe drain down fitted so fully drained everytime we leave .took a month to find claim rejected didnt even send engineer out to diagnose!caravan only 18 months old and only had about 3 weeks of use .leak only ocurrs randomly but as its on water side not covered by warrenty so does this mean only the heating side is covered or is there an excuse they have to say that is not covered too ,it is shocking that claim dismissed without even looking at it ,i have heard other park are removing morco boiler when they fail and putting other manufacturers boilers in maybe these boiler are not fit for purpose .paid a lot of money for a brand new caravan to find warranty not worth the paper its written on, so if the caravan which has been drained down fully with a floe static drain compressor still encounters alleged frost damage the boiler isnt fit for the purpose of a static caravan as this will happen every year and morco should send out engineer to look at boiler before voiding claim instead of just saying yeah frost damage not covered Service: Heating system repair

Whilst I find the instructions for the boiler in my static caravan incomprehensible. I want to acknowledge and thank JULIE 👍👏on the Morco help desk, with whose help I managed to get the boiler working again after a Gas bottle change, when even running/lighting all of the gas rings on the hob did not enable the boiler to light/gas to feed through. JULIE gave me precise, comprehensive instructions in a warm, courteous, kind and patient, very professional manner and explained what caused the problem. Well done and thank you JULIE. Top marks for your excellent telephone manner, customer service skills and product knowledge PLUS, unlike almost every single organisation nowadays, I did not have to hold on for hours on the telephone bombarded by vile inane noises and endless announcements of your business is important to us, when it clearly is not important to them at all just to speak to somebody either. Something of a miracle these days. So well done Morco. You just need to make your Instructions more user friendly now and you'd be perfect. Service: Heating system repair

I’ve been an engineer for 25 years and the service at Morco was exceptional. We deal with a lot of LPG boilers and the boiler that we always come back to use is the Morco. I visited a property the other day that was brand new but had been left empty for 6 months. As we are the holiday park engineers I was the first to call out. Usually it is an easy fix on these boilers, but this one wasn’t. I wasn't allowed to fix the boiler as it was under warranty. The park phoned Morco and they phoned me instantly to find out what was the issue. I went through it with their Aftersales Co-ordinator (Jo Weaver) and the head of technical (Sorry can’t remember the name) the issue was sorted in minutes and a part was sent out next day. The aftersales and technical support is why I would keep using them alone. And to be honest that’s the first boiler that we’ve had issues with for year 🤞 Service: Heating system repair

Spent over £700 on their terrible product and received a faulty product & zero customer service. Bought the Morco F11EL boiler…used 5 times and it stopped working. Called Morco but won’t be passed through to technical even though I’m an engineer. Won’t help to solve the problem. Terrible product. Please avoid their products as they are not fit for purpose. I will continue to leave reviews as I am so annoyed that something so expensive lasted just for 5 times. Avoid!
