Frequent user of the gym, good to have it open later and that it encompasses the fit life card. Only criticism is that it needs more free bars including tricep bar

Went to the pool very good size. Sadly swimming lessons were in the way, had to be a member to go in jacuzzi and slide is never open. Quite dissapointed. Had a long time in pool.

Good gym facilities, good sauna and jacuzzi, but getting a little tired nowadays. A rebuild is mooted.

Purchased the ice skating pass and was told that I can attend both the public and figure skating sessions as a beginner. Turns out the reception staff didn't know what they were talking about, and I wasn't actually allowed! I have even called them multiple times beforehand to make sure I can get in! They even made me leave the session I was told I could be in, which put me in a very awkward spot, as they have literally pulled me out from the ice rink in front of all the other people. There is a proper lack of communication in between staff, overall a very unpleasant situation and a massive waste of time and money.

Was at the ice rink as part of a private hire group, but have been here a few times in the past. Good local facility with gym & classes, as well as a swimming pool and the Ice rink.
