Ordered a clutch 2 weeks ago using first class postage, as the bag was for a wedding and its been two weeks and still no sign of the bag ! Iv contacted them 3 times now and they haven't replied ! Very bad customer service! Will not purchase from them again!

Do not shop here. the lady has extremely bad customer service both in person and on the phone. I have been continuously mislead, with the lady constantly changing the apparent policy in order to refuse me a return/refund.

DO NOT BUY HERE, i bought a ring for £70 and it turned my finger green in 1hr... I asked for a refund and the owner told me that they cannot refund if the item is worn? but did accept a return if I upgraded to a more expensive ring. incredible.

Be warned, this store does not actually offer returns on their items, the “return” is for store credit only (see the photo attached). I’m not sure why they would have this policy - if their merchandise is actually worth what they sell it for, why is it no longer worth that amount immediately *after* the sale? My advice: take your business elsewhere, there are many stores with better pieces and customer-friendly policies that stand behind their work/value.
