Had 2 keys cut that didn't work, returned and they re cut me 2 more free of charge which was good and expected. However these also do not work, can't really be bothered to return for a third time for this to be rectified. The only reason I'm giving a second star is because they are helpful and friendly but the actual results were just no good.

Stephen and the team were great, they saved my climbing shoes which I thought were beyond repair, they have done a great job! Full rand and sole replacement plus a new last to replace the old leather board and went as far as to repair holes in the leather then re stitch the whole shoe. Feels like a new pair. Will 100% be coming back! It’s great to see that this is a passion for the team and they take so much pride in their work

Recently dropped off a pair of climbing shoes that were in desperate need of a resole & rand repair. I was given the option of all Vibram rubber types to be put on the shoes, I chose to go with XS grip. Carrying out the repairs was no trouble at all for this shop, they completed all the work in 2 days!!!! Very fast turnaround, I was expecting to have to wait weeks! The quality of the repair is second to none, my shoes look as good as new. Thankyou! I will be back in future!!!
