She couldn't have been more helpful and even opened the shop early to accommodate me. Extremely disappointed in the mug I purchased. After a number of weeks a large crack appeared to the side of the mug running down to the base. Even more disappointing was the sheer lack of courtesy after my writing to the company. No response whatsoever, I will definitely not be purchasing any further items from this company.
