1.09pm today, Madiha and Leteisha at clinic 4 both, at the same time shout at my daughter "go and sit down We're still logging in." I observed this and asked them "why this tone today, is something the matter?" Madiha says to me continuing her authorative tone "if you want to say something to me you can come here and say it." Madiha and Leteisha have a good giggle at my expense (I am still observing). So I get up from my seat, where she instructed us to be seated in the first place and go to the reception desk and ask "if everything was ok, why are the 2 receptionist being so rude to patients today?" Madiha responds she was not being rude but she tones down pitch of her voice to acceptable level to the next patient, Leteisha too by now checks her tone; their supervisor Yaren has the same dismissive attitude, she only collected herself when I said there's no point talking to her and I would like to speak with Yarens manager; good thing I intervened, manners need checking ladies, I pay my taxes, we're not beneath you the way you treat us.

ZERO star! One of the worst hospital in London! Appointment booked for 2pm and I was seen on my first appointment at 3:30pm! That is exactly 1.5 hours later! I then was told to go to another clinic and the wait there is apparently another 2-3 hours! This is absolutely ridiculous if patient are given an appointment time there should be strict measures to make that appointment time met by the staff here! Clearly not! The visual fields Staff told me to go to next clinic and they shouldn’t make me wait again but I’m sat here another hour! Despite telling the receptionist in clinic 5 she seemed extremely unhelpful and didn’t bother letting the staff know behind her about my situation! They have unpleasant and unprofessional staff here! No one willing to help even if you’re repeatedly reminding them how long I’ve already waited! Now I’m heading to 3 hours of wait time with very little empathy! And absolutely not a single apology from the staff here! Their only excuse is that they have delayed clinics! Well solution for that is to employ more staff and retrain current staff that have no clue what they’re doing and slowing down the system! Ppl have commitments and small kids to get back to! It’s ridiculous I never got a straight answer!

Today I had a great opportunity to stay in the hospital for nearly 10 hours following my son’s eye surgery. I was impressed with the cleanliness and staff’s kindness and professionalism! I didn’t feel tired at all! After the surgery the lady consultant came and told me how the surgery went, emphasising all the positive points. All the staff in the Mackellar ward were absolutely fantastic and helpful, trying their very best to feel welcome. The surgeons and nurses professionalism was outstanding! I felt like being at home! Thank you all for your kindness and outstanding care !❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏 Maria CRISAN
