I made an appointment for travel vaccination but due to the nurse leaving the appointment had to be cancelled. Vanessa on reception has made numerous calls to try to rearrange the appointment and it has now been resolved. She really did go over and above my expectations of the practice.

Absolute disgrace. Took me THREE DAYS To get an appointment and more than an hour waiting on the phone. Eventually spoke to a doctor I didn’t know who passed the book and did nothing for my illness. It’s now impossible to see dr Sultan who knows my history,So I’m still poorly and we are goi g into the weekend when the surgery will be closed ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL.
