I suggest people to not use this branch. 2 stars for providing me some scans, thank you. I genuinely appreciate it. But the time spent here and one member of staff has really put me off coming here ever again. If I do ever go again, I hope they can fix these issues. I expected to be there for 45 mins to 1 hour because NHS operations are hard right now. Instead, I was there for 2 hours and past the opening times as suggested by Google. But this happens because of 'bad patients' if I overheard correctly. The truth is there isn't enough staff and even machines! I imagine this hopefully changes over time. A member of staff who will call 'B' to protect their identity had the audacity to pour their frustrations onto me. They simply had the poorest communication skills. I'll leave it at that. I had to react to her poor communication because I'm not a mug, to be frank.

I've visited this diagnostic hub 22/11/2022. Bear in mind that there are no doctors and after doing tests you have to go home and wait for a letter from the doctor. I'm not sure how long it takes. However I'm very happy with the staff who looked after me on the day. They all have been smiling, joking, being helpful and kind. I've had a few tests made by Ruka, Zahra, and Martha. It took just a little bit longer than an hour. Many thanks for their help. All the best!

I have attended my glaucoma Appointment at Brent cross on 3 occasions this been by far the worst they were starting late and late all the way through they were unable to complete my appointment and tests as they were running so late I had to leave This was put down to a shortage of staff, It was not made clear at the start of my appointment that this would Be the case I informed the staff that I would have to leave at 4 o'clock as I had an appointment with my doctor. The staff at Brent cross Are brilliant its the organisation thats let them down

Very happy with the care here. Everyone so nice. Only tiny bug bear was the lengthy waiting time and cubicles not very private (you can hear conversations between the healthcare professional and patient).
