In my opinion not a trustable company! The bike they sent me had parts changed to inferior parts, the gears, suspension fork, the pedals even down to the tyres changed to cheaper ones. The bike was supposed come with Shimano parts it came with no Shimano parts. Luckily I bought mine through Robert Dyas so I got my refund from Robert Dyas. If you do buy a bike from this company directly or indirectly (through another company) do check it thoroughly. They sell reconditioned bikes on auction sites.

Supply ebikes for which they don't stock replacement batteries. When the battery fails (which seems common with the Vitesse bikes) the bike is a write off. Was told in the middle of last year they would have stock in December. Now being told they won't have them at all.

I dont like to leave bad reviews this is more of a warning. I purchased a One23 seat clamp with was fitted with a torque wrench. The seat clamp doesn't create a band of pressure around the seat is only pinches at the back of the seat tube and never held the seat post in firm it only pinches and damaged my expensive carbon seat post. After contacting Moore and Large through eBay and via the phone I have had no reply regarding this but the product has been refunded shame about the £250 I'm out if pocket for a seat post. Avoid One23 products

My ebike needs a simple adjustment on the battery so it won't detach. In order for this to be carried out I have to send the bike to them. Its expected to be away for 4 weeks. There is a fix they said they would email me the link but nothing they don't return my calls. I had a reply to this review. It stated I was offered the choice to take it to a local bike shop and bill Moorlarge. This is untrue. I was told to return the bike to the retailer or send it fir repair with an expected 6 week turn around or fix it myself. I opted for the latter and it didn't work. So I ended up putting some tape around it. At no time was I advised to have it repaired and bill you this would have been ideal.

Brought an item from there eBay shop - which never arrived. ML said they have been having numerous problems with courier (so why use them ???). A few reports of this happening. I don't ever think they had the items in the first place

I recently ordered an ebike battery from Moore large. Process was good and battery was delivered. However I then realised that it was in fact the battery charger that was no longer working. Neil in customer service was very understanding and arranged a full refund and also sourced a replacement charger.

Our first bike arrived in a very unsatisfactory condition, however when calling customer services they believed we had been sent a return bike by mistake, in my opinion they dealt with the situation very efficiently and swiftly, with a new pristine bike arriving within a few days. Very good customer services, thank you Connor.

Bought a bike that had a faulty saddle bolt making it unridable. Contacted customer service - the overall tone was standoffish and when it came to sorting a resolution they just stopped replying. I've now emailed 5 times in a row with no response. Further more, I've noticed the bike I bought has been lazily rebranded with vinyl stickers - these started peeling immediately and revealed a completely different set of branding underneath. Company seems really shady to me - they have no idea what they are selling.
