I have come from a practice where it feels like there is every block in your way ....then I moved to Moor Green...what a difference!! Kind polite caring staff, lovely doctors, saw the nurse the other day Lisa soo lovely put me at my ease, talked me through everything she was doing and was so caring I can't tell you! The doctor reassured me I was right to come forward to get checked out and then I've had follow up progress text messages ...no more waiting around in an hour long call queue to be barked at...thank you to everyone at Moor Green keep doing what you are doing ..cos you do it well.

Since the take over by Dr Aftab, the surgery has gone to pot. The new receptionists are clueless and don't have an ounce of care for any patients. The good Doctors have left and it's almost impossible to get seen by your regular Doctor. They have also removed myself and 5 family members after being with the surgery for over 25 years because we are not in their "area" even though we have been in this address for 22 years. The so called "partners" did not want to discuss the complaint, I would strongly recommend you avoid this practice as the owners are clueless and do not prioritise your care as a patient. Even the 2/3 good Dr's are made to look bad by the management.
