Nice, friendly bouncers honestly wanting to look out for you too have the best and safest night possible. Perfect amount of tickets released/ people in there, nice and packed but able to move freely. Nice people, nice bar staff, a heavy 5 stars from me.

Sometimes you can have a good night in there, other times it's rubbish, floor gets slippy! Do a variety of music 🎵 which is nice but prefer Prohibition nights to upstairs !

Absolute shambles. Queued for an hour outside with tickets to finally be told by a member of security that the main room was one in one out so very slim chance of even seeing the gig and that he wouldn't bother himself. Evident there was some sort of issue beforehand from the securities behaviour. Bitterly disappointed with the club and promoter. Clearly oversold which is just stupid. Will not be going back. I don't think it's too much to expect some sort of acknowledgement and apology from the club/promoter regarding this. Terrible experience.

Promoter oversold. We turned up well in advance of last entry (over an hour), queued in the freezing cold only to be told it was 1 in 1 out for a ticketed event. Absolute shambles.
