We contracted Moonlight Pianos to recondition a Weber upright grand piano manufactured in Berlin before World War One. It had last received an overhaul at Duck Son & Pinker, Bath, nearly 50 years ago. Moonlight entirely renewed all the felting, all the hammers, and tuned it beautifully. Before this work my wife, a professional pianist, hardly played her piano any more because she was no longer happy with the sound. Moonlight have renewed her delight at playing, and my delight at hearing her play.

His professional manner, skill set and technical expertise came together in restoring my instrument. I am so proud of the finished result. Mr Ngo was kind and gentle, trustworthy and polite. He took time to explain the various procedures he needed to carry out. He responded to my questions passionately, with a deep understanding and knowledge of his professional trade. It is so obvious that a love of music is central to his craft. I watched Mr Ngo work with meticulous precision, showing pride in his work. This in turn instilled a confidence that the task, he had undertaken, would be completed to a very high standard. I am so grateful he went that extra mile for me.
