Customer service is appauling! Film cancelled couple of days before due to watching due to weather which I totally understand out of there control! That was beginning of December sent several emails no reply just an automatic message aim to respond in 48 hours!

0 Stars would be the rating if it was an option. Got an email telling me the event was cancelled a few days before the film showing in December. I have emailed 10 times to get a refund and had absolutely no response. Terrible company and disgraceful humans with zero ethics. Avoid like the plague.
