What a joke this firm is , got a velvet chesterfield bed off Wowcher supply by moon beds and it’s cheap rubbish , no Diamantes at the foot board , it’s was supposed to be £1,199 bed and I got a cheap rubbish £199 bed and it was supposed to come with a memory form mattress and it didn’t come , they send a cheap spring mattress what a joke , they delivered it at 10pm on a Saturday night , I know now why they delivered at night because the shop closed because trying ring them is a joke , set of cowboys that need shutting down !!!!!! I am now in talks with Wowcher trying to get a refund and I will take it further as it was false advertise meant , I DID’NT GET ANY OF MY ORDER !!!!! CHEAP FAKE BED !!!!!!! PLEASE AVOID THESE COWBOYS !!!!!!!

Its a shame I can't leave a similar review to the ones already posted. Ordered the bed before Xmas. Arrived quicker than expected so delivery good. Upon unwrapping noticed a missing diamante on the bottom bed board. Contacted relevant person who said it would be posted up and to send a photo for customer care purposes. Wooden planks are also loose and unsecured hence making a noise and moving trying to place mattress. Have contacted the relevant person again about both issues. Message has been read on WhatsApp and ignored.............

I could not be happier with my purchase. I was very sceptic about purchasing as I had just experienced an attempted scam for the same item elsewhere. From the moment I placed my order the staff at Moonbeds were in constant contact with me through the whole experience. My bed arrived today as schedule and I am very pleased. I ordered my bed on Sunday and it was delivered by the Thursday - excellent service I would highly recommend using this company in the future. Great value for money.
