From the moment I walked into the shop, I noticed a very friendly atmosphere. I was greeted by a one of the staff who offered to show me around to help me find the perfect carpet as I didn’t know what to look for. The carpet which they found was beyond my expectation and was priced at a very good price. They delivered the carpet and fitted it the same day, I would highly recommended everyone to get the carpets from these guy!

I have never in my life encountered such behaviour and attitude of a fellow muslim as l have been today. Today l went to get a quote for a carpet. I wanted some advice regarding good quality hard wearing carpet for a busy area. Unfortunately the gentleman who attended me had no idea of anything l asked. Firstly, I hadn't even mentioned that l needed a full house carpeted and before l knew it he was coming up with a price on a carpet l hadn't even selected. I explained l had some measurements and l would like a quote. He quickly made up a price for a cheap carpet which l had no interest in. I asked for a couple of more samples to look at and he reluctantly brought out two. I asked for a quote for them with underlay etc. So again he quickly made up a price. Looking at the quote I politely asked him a simple question, what is the price per square metre of the carpets. He refused in a round about way. He started saying you know nothing about calculations on carpets. You asked for a quote l gave you a quote. If you buy a coach or plane ticket would you ask for break down of tax paid, seat covered etc. You need brains to work out calculations for carpet it's not that easy. Thats why we are successful. This is why we don't serve muslims because they ask too many questions. They know nothing about carpets they are stupid etc. We only deal with white/english people. I was absolutely shocked at the behaviour and attitude of this gentleman. As we all know all carpet shops have price per square metre or yard, he was adamant they don't. He kept on arguing in the end l gave up and walked out. Whether he wants to admit or not as far as l'm concerned he is obviously incompetent in every way. I would have put a zero star if could. I'm ashamed to say he belongs to my community, a complete and utter disgrace. Unfortunately l wont be going there again not that it will make any difference to him. Stay well clear folks especially if your a muslim.
