I always order a Taro Milk tea and love the Taro Milk tea from Mooboo - just the right level of sweetness without the need for extra sugar. The Creme Brûlée tea is very unique and delicious, with actual torched sugar ontop. A very pretty drink that tastes amazing.

Patient service when the server went through the options of how sweet (in increments of 25%) or even what flavour bubble tea balls you wanted adding to your drink. 40 pence extra will get you a large. So many fantastic and wonderful combinations to choose from. This is quickly becoming out girls favourite treat (we are somewhat late to the game) If you haven’t tried bubble teas, I thoroughly recommend this establishment!

Ordered 25% sugar with the brown sugar milk tea and tapioca pearls but it was still way too sweet and barely tasted of tea. Only good part was that I could sub in soya milk to make it dairy free. The tapioca was alright, a bit too soft for my liking but after putting it in the fridge for a little while they firmed up and became chewier (which was better) Dietary restrictions: soya or oat milk available as a dairy-free alternative

Lady at the till was so rude and impatient. Asked me what size I wanted so I turned to my husband to ask him what he wanted for his drink and instead of using common sense, she just kept on shouting regular or large, regular or large, regular or large at the back of my head! Drinks were either too sweet or flavours imbalanced. Taro milk tea was alright and menu is quite varied though. Shame about the service.
